    U tezi su predstavljene robusne, računski efikasne, metode za sjedinjavanje slika, video sekvenci i objektivne mere (algoritmi) za automatsku procenu uspešnosti sjedinjavanja slika i video sekvenci. Razvijeni algoritmi daju bolje rezultate nego postojeći i pri tome pogodni su za rad u realnom vremenu. U istraživanju uzet je u obzir i šum koji se javlja u realnom sistemu i predloženi su načini za njegovo prigušenje u samom procesu sjedinjavanja. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo i sprovođenje subjektivnih testova za procenu uspešnosti sjedinjavanja, kako bi se izvršilo podešavanje parametara metoda za sjedinjavanje i mera za procenu uspešnosti sjedinjavanja.The thesis presents robust, computer efficient, image and video sequencе fusion and objective measurements (algorithms) for automatically evaluating the success of image and video sequencе fusion. Developed algorithms provide better results than existing methods and they are suitable for real-time operation. The study also took into account the noise that occurs in the real systems, and proposed ways for its suppressing in the process of fusion. The survey also included the implementation of subjective tests to assess the success of the fusion, in order to make adjustments to the fusion parameters and measures for assessing the success of the fusion

    Influence of natural factors on the position of settlements and their morphological characteristics in the example of the municipality of Irig

    Settlements on the territory of the municipality of Irig were mostly formed under the influence of physical geographic elements. Except physical geographic elements, other elements, socio-geographic for example, which are used for the settlement formation are of secondary importance and they are not excluded. Springs with a lot of water along each brook valley were very important for their formation. Every settlement in the municipality either very small, the type of Prnjavor (Velika Remeta) or the larger one such as the seat of the municipality (Irig) is connected to the springs of an area of Fruška gora. This was of crucial importance for choosing a place for the original construction of the settlements on the territory of the municipality of Irig. The settlements of the municipality of Irig are: Irig, Vrdnik, Mala Remeta, Jazak, Rivica, Velika Remeta, Grgeteg, Krušedol - Prnjavor, Krušedol - Selo, Neredin, Šatrinci and Dobrodol. The position of settlements and their morphology considerably depend on natural conditions, and in the example of the municipality of Irig, they especially depend on the relief and hydro-geographic conditions

    The response of patients to hospitalization

    Introduction: It is very difficult to describe how the patient feels at first contact with the hospital environment, medical personnel and medical diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. He was usually upset at first contact since carries with it suspense and feers, due to illnes, but also because of the new situation. Will the first meeting to encourage patients and create confidence and sureness or, derogate and hurt his personality, depends on these first impressions. The aim: The aim is to exemine react to hospitalization, analyze what is to attitude of hospital personnel towards patients, and investigate which patients are proposals to improve the conditions and procedure for hospitalization. Methods: The study was conducted at University Hospital in Foca, period October-November, 2014. The study included 50patients who are being treated at the University Hospital in Foca, in the section of Internal Medicine. The research used an anonymous questionnaire, and the results are graphically presented. Results: Two-thirds of respondents reacted very well to the hospitalization. Asked about their impressions on the first meeting with the medical personnel, 94% of respondents expressed a positive opinion, while 6% of respondents characterized their first meeting as negative. Conclusion: Generally, this study yilded the following results which can be characterized as positive, but we must strive to be better and try to patients satisfaction with the services and attitude of health worker, made at the highest level

    This report presents the results of the implementation of the Media Pluralism Monitor for the year 2022 (MPM2023) in Serbia. The MPM is a holistic tool geared at assessing the risks to media pluralism in EU member states and selected candidate countries (32 European countries in total, including Albania, Montenegro, the Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, and Turkey). The MPM takes into account legal, political and economic variables that are relevant to analysing the levels of plurality of media systems in a democratic society. The Media Pluralism Monitor has been implemented, on a regular basis, by the Centre for Media Pluralism and Media Freedom, since 2013/2014.Овај извештај представља резултате имплементације Монитора медијског плурализма за 2022. годину (МПМ2023) у Србији. МПМ је холистички алат усмерен на процену ризика за медијски плурализам у државама чланицама ЕУ и одабраним земљама кандидатима (укупно 32 европске земље, укључујући Албанију, Црну Гору, Републику Северну Македонију, Србију и Турску).     Assessment of seed quality of different cabbage lots during aging

    The aim of the research was to evaluate the influence of the year and the seed lots on the most important indicators of cabbage seed quality. Quality testing of nine different seed lots of Potomac F1 cabbage was performed during three years (2019, 2020 and 2021). Analyses of variance showed a significant effect (p<0.01) of the year (Y), while seed lot (L) and their interaction (Y × L) showed a significant effect (p<0.05) on all observed parameters quality (germination energy, total germination, abnormal seedlings and dead seeds). The strongest correlation between the examined parameters was in the first year and weakened in the second and third years. In the first year as expected, significant positive correlation between germination energy and total germination was found (r = 0.84779, p<0.01). The highly and negative interdependence was achieved between total germination and dead seeds (r = - 0.94363, p<0.001) and abnormal seedlings (r = -0.78019, p<0.05). Also negative interdependence was found between germination energy and dead seeds (r = -0.80000, p<0.01) and abnormal seedlings (r = -0.66144, p<0.05). The germination energy and the total germination of the cabbage seeds considered were found to decrease with the increasing seed age, in contrast to the numbers of their abnormal seedlings and dead seeds which continued to increase with seed aging. The obtained results indicate that the germination of highly hybrid conventional cabbage seeds decreases significantly during aging, as a direct consequence of a very significant increase in the number of abnormal seedlings
